Utsav Cards provides digital invitation designs and related creative services. All products are delivered in digital format only.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in INR.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Orders will be processed only after successful payment.

3. Digital Products

• All products are digital and non-physical.
• Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital products:

• Refunds are not applicable once the design file has been delivered.
• If there is a technical issue or error from our side, we will review the case and provide a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, content and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Utsav Cards. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our designs without written permission.

6. User Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information while placing orders and ensure that any content shared for customization does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Utsav Cards shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
